Eligibility
  • Refunds are available only for products purchased directly from thediamondboss.com.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with certificates and tags intact.
  • Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry is non-refundable unless defective.
Timeframe
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Non-Refundable Items
  • Gift cards, promotional items, clearance/final sale items.
  • Customized or engraved jewelry.
Process
  1. Contact us with your order number.
  2. Once approved, ship the item back securely.
  3. After inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Shipping
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Eligibility
  • All items are returnable and exchangeable.
  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, with all certificates, tags, and packaging intact.
Refund & Exchange Deductions
  • On Exchange: A 10% deduction will be applied on the diamond cost of the item.
  • On Cash Refund: A 25% deduction will be applied on the diamond cost of the item.
  • Gold and making charges are fully refundable.
Process
  1. Contact us with your order number and return request.
  2. Once approved, securely pack and return the product with original documents.
  3. After inspection, refunds or exchanges will be processed as per the above terms.
Shipping Costs
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund without any deductions.
