Eligibility
- Refunds are available only for products purchased directly from thediamondboss.com.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with certificates and tags intact.
- Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry is non-refundable unless defective.
Timeframe
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards, promotional items, clearance/final sale items.
- Customized or engraved jewelry.
Process
- Contact us with your order number.
- Once approved, ship the item back securely.
- After inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Shipping
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Eligibility
- All items are returnable and exchangeable.
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, with all certificates, tags, and packaging intact.
Refund & Exchange Deductions
- On Exchange: A 10% deduction will be applied on the diamond cost of the item.
- On Cash Refund: A 25% deduction will be applied on the diamond cost of the item.
- Gold and making charges are fully refundable.
Process
- Contact us with your order number and return request.
- Once approved, securely pack and return the product with original documents.
- After inspection, refunds or exchanges will be processed as per the above terms.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund without any deductions.
